Scale your brand in the US

Guides for each stage · Updated

For brands already selling in America: diagnose acquisition costs, improve conversion and repeat purchase, and choose the next growth investment.

The short answer

Find the current constraint before adding budget. Separate acquisition efficiency, product-page conversion, repeat purchasing, margin, and operating capacity. Scale the part with credible evidence and enough resources behind it; fix the part that is making growth expensive.

Start with your situation

Your brand already has customers in the US, whether it was founded here or abroad. You want to grow without confusing more spend, more channels, or more attributed revenue with better business performance.

  1. Why is acquisition getting more expensive?

Check measurement and customer mix first, then compare delivery costs, click-through, conversion, and contribution. Reported ROAS is not the same as incremental profit.

  2. Can the business fund the next stage?

Build a total marketing budget from contribution, repeat-purchase evidence, cash runway, and the work required. Revenue alone does not determine a safe spending percentage.

  3. Which work belongs inside the company?

Keep commercial priorities and approvals accountable internally. Compare an agency, internal specialists, and a hybrid against the actual recurring workload, not a retainer versus one salary.

What to resolve before investing more

Before expanding a channel, write down its economics, content requirements, inventory implications, and owner. Continue only when results justify the additional work; investigate weak repeat purchase or customer experience before using more acquisition to cover it.
