Can an agency run our TikTok content when our team does not have time?

An agency can plan formats, brief creators, coordinate production, manage approvals and organize publishing. Your team still supplies accurate product facts, access to the product and decisions that require brand approval. Agree on who answers customer questions and who owns stock or service problems before increasing output.

A workable program starts with a few repeatable content themes connected to the product. Review which questions attract relevant attention, which clips lead people to the store, and what new objections appear in comments. Dahna can connect that learning to creator work, paid support and the website within the agreed scope.

How to apply it

Begin with customer questions your team hears repeatedly and the content you can realistically make. Each post should explain something, demonstrate the product or invite a useful response. Set a publishing schedule around that work and the time available to review it.

Decide whether the agency owns strategy, filming, editing, creator coordination, publishing or comment escalation. These are separate jobs. The brand still needs a way to supply current facts and approve claims promptly. Review the program by what was learned and which formats deserve another attempt. A month of scheduled posts without a useful production or feedback process is difficult to improve.
